You are granted up to 4 (four) access attempts or six months, whichever comes first, for each e-delivered item. You can simply log in to redownload your purchase(s) within this period. Otherwise, unless special arrangements have been made we can not and will not be responsible for lost downloads. It is therefore your responsibility to back-up ALL important data, not just BandmateLoops purchases.

Note- You can always access non-expired downloads from the 'View Account' link at the top of any page. Simply click 'Order History' to reach the download page. You can also use your confirmation email which contains links to access as well.
