QUESTION: When I click to download my purchase, the link comes up as a .htm page, a blank page, or similar instead of downloading the file. Why?

Some web browsers such as AOL and Microsoft's MSN do not comply with W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) standards and are not supported.

Instead, use a W3C compliant browser such as Firefox, Opera, Safari or Internet Explorer to avoid these issues. The latest version of any of these browsers can be readily downloaded on the web at no charge.
