When your order is complete, you'll see the 'Step 4 - Download Your Purchase' (green bar) at the top of the page. A full copy of your download license has now been mailed to you. (NOTE: AOL users- If you donŐt receive an email, check your spam box and be sure your mail filter is set to allow incoming mail. We unfortunately have no control over AOL's filtering policies.)

Below you will see 'Download Information for Order' and two links with a large arrow and a printer icon. 'Print your receipt now' will show you a printer-friendly receipt of your purchase.

Downloading Your Purchase

Clicking 'Download your purchase now' will automatically login to retrieve your downloads.

You should now see the BandmateLoops Download Manager. To start a transfer, click the 'Download' button on the left for a product *ONCE*. Your browser will ask if you want to save the file to disk and you should allow this. Do this for each product-link but never click more than TWO at a time or the transfer will stop. When your browser download status says complete, your transfer is done for that product. Please DO NOT attempt to open a download while being transferred or corruption will result.

You are granted up to 4 (four) access attempts or six months, whichever comes first, for each e-delivered item. Remaining access attempts and expiration dates are printed for each purchase.

In the future, you can access your non-expired downloads from View Account at the top right of any page. Click 'Order History' from within your Account. (Or use your confirmation email links instead.)
